1.Training for Valley of Flowers Trek


As there are the right amount of facilities here, your Valley of Flowers trek would be even more accessible for the first time trekkers. To train yourself best for this experience, start with a casual
3km run for approximately 30 minutes. For the first week, you can maintain a 10-minute brisk walk followed by jogging and slow walking each for a 10-minute duration. Increase your training
gradually as you start nearing your actual trekking period. This will help you to acclimatize with the trekking conditions so that you do not need to worry at the last moment. Also, it will help you to maintain a distance from the altitude sickness and other health issues.
